This 2-in-1 pattern includes both designs with some lovely removable details: grandpa has a removable jacket, grandma has a removable shawl and her own little handbag.

The pattern is low-sew: the only pieces to sew are grandpa's hat and grandma's hair, everything else is worked in crochet or attached with a no-sew technique.

Both patterns' layout was easy to follow and had lots of screenshots to help pull any questionable area together. I did mod the pattern here and there but only for my own preference not because the pattern had designed issues. Example I turned the vest on the male into a sweater for the female by adding sleeves. The changes I made were requested by the person who commissioned the items. Thanks to the designer for a lovely pattern.
