A long, huggable giraffe, big enough to actually cuddle! 🦒

At around 50 cm, this is one of my biggest designs and a perfect project if you love making something with a real wow factor. Simple and fun to make, even if you are just getting started with amigurumi.

This pattern is written using US terms and is worked in continuous rounds, unless stated otherwise. If you use different hook and yarn sizes you may have to change safety eyes accordingly. Approx sizes in the pictures.



Materials

4.5 mm hook
Black cotton yarn for embroider the eyes ( I used sport yarn, 50 gr 120 meters)
Stitch Marker
Fiber fill
Yarn needles
Chenille yarn 100 gr./120 m.
Colors : 2 skeins of pink for the main body, 1 skein of light pink for detailsa and legs, just a bit of black and white for the beak.
